Trying to understand all this. I am not overweight, excersise daily and think I eat pretty well. I have had 2 sinus infections in 8 weeks. Had the worst allergy attack ever about a week ago. Lots of draingage ( usually gets stuck in my head). Is this a part of relux? Kinda scary and a little depressing.
