      <title>Happiness with MS</title>
      <description>Having being diagnosed with MS two and a half years ago now I believe one thing or a bit of advice I could give to anyone would be to remain mentally strong and remain active. When first told of the condition human nature wants to either give up or know more. Please if anything choose the latter but dont read up to much info and scare yourself silly. Which is again only detrimental.
