I am a retired RN, medical writer, and author with FM, CFID and MPS/CMP. My focus is on coping for myself and sharing with others. I am fibromyalgia expert for Dr. Memet Oz, et al. at Sharecare, I am the author of an interactive help book, "Integrative Therapies for Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Myofascial Pain: The Mind-Body Connection" (co-author Jeff Miller), and contributing author to Deirdre Rawlings compilation EBook Fibromyalgia Insider Secretes: Top 10 Experts. My greatest wish it to empower people to move forward, reaffirming the blessings in life, and understanding that until a cure is found, our best alternative is learning to cope in healthy ways. When in the throes of pain and fatigue, I am reminded about the importance of staying balanced by my fellow survivors, my FMily.
