After 2 rounds of Botox for chronic migraines. We are opting for plan B
a 5 day DHE in patient treatment at UCSF with Dr. Goadsby.
I am wondering if anyone has been through this and could share there experience the good and the not so good. I have had DHE interemittently and i seem to respond to it. How will a five day course change... Read more

After 2 years at one headache specialist I have moved on to another. It is amazing how much patience one develops in trying different treatments to control the migraines.
I am grateful I only have to travel 4 hours to see Dr. Goadsby.
I am also gratefull that I have insurance

I have been doing better since changing medications and seeing the headache specialist in SF. Eventhough the migraines are better I still get this wierd symptom that puzzles me. Sometimes I think it is the prodrome to the actual migraine other times I just don't know.
