appendicitis
Around 5 hours ago I began to have a stomach ache. Rarely do I have stomach issues. When i lie down it feels better however, my mouth became dry perhaps i was a little nervous. I do not have a fever nor throwing up. Any thoughts about whether this is food poisining or something more serious? Thanks a lot
