ABOUT ME:

I have had years of back pain numerous medial branch blocks and lots of physical therapy. Finally had surgery on L5 L6 in April of 08. 12 weeks later reherniated disc and went back for more surgery. Now I am still on bed rest with some walking. I can only sit for 45 minutes at a time. My major problem right now is 30 pound weight gain. I have been laid up since feb.
