      <title>counting calories and gaining</title>
      <description>My stats:
Age-26
Hight- 5'4 and 3/4
BMI- 22.0
Starting weight- 34.4
Hi, I am currently counting calories and have lost 4 lbs in two months successfully. My lowest weight was 129.6 lbs but within a week after weighing in at that weight the scale went up 3 lbs! This has not happened since I started to loose the weight. This is how I count my calories: I calcuated that I would burn about 2,000 calories a day according to my activity level....</description>
