Day one:
Oh my word!!!! The concoction i got from the herbalist is the vilest bitterest drink I have ever had the misfortune to drink. And I have to take it for a month, at least!!!! Twice a day!!! Now I understand why the herbalist insisted that it should be taken before meals.

Today is the first day of my new RA therapy. i am going HERBAL!!!
my mom was tired of all my lethargy i guess. i had a flare up on monday and its still going strong. this morning she got myh aunt to take me to a herbalist. so i got three powdered herbs and am to boil a teaspoon everyday.the joy of living in Africa.
i hope it works.

Its a wonderful day today. the sun is out, its warm and bright. unfortunately, i woke up stiff. crazy stiff actually. could hardly move. a short walk in the sun(and i do mean short) made the stiffness better. its so beautiful out, and if i keep looking out the window, i know i wont have time to dwell on how much i ache.
