ABOUT ME:

I was diagnosed 18 years ago and have been aggressively and compulsively exercising ever since. In the last two years, have made amazing recovery from progressive symptoms sufficient to enable my training and participation in triathlons and marathons. I am excited to share my story so as to educate and inspire others with MS to get active, focus on fitness and reclaim the thrill of athletic achievement and competition.
