I get the worst Anxiety attracts you could not imagine, I wonder if it has anything to do with my Acid reflux, I’m not sure, but, I need to take my meds everyday to calm me down from having the shaking, change in breathing, feeling of passing out, out of control. My body shakes and I Pace. My heart rate goes up enormously. I’ve ended up in the ER a dozen times. My anxiety attacks had gotten so bad, once they thought I was having a drug problem, I was shaking uncontrollable. After these attacks are over, my chest burns and I have so much coming back up in my throat. I take xanax pills everyday as needed I don’t want to end up in the ER anymore. I have tried so many things, they don't work long term. Does anyone experience these symptoms? This is the scariest thing I have ever gone through, I am not normally afraid of anything at all but, something is triggering this. When I do get upset or aggravated my breathing changes, I get a funny sensation in the back of my neck and stomach Thank you for anyone who will listen. This has been going on for about 10 years now, soon after my dad died :(PHOTOS:
