I'm a 41 yr. old RN and I injured my back at work 10 yrs. ago and have been in severe chronic lower back pain that radiates down both legs as well as having migraines, depression and anxiety. I wasn't a candidate for surgery and have had numerous outpt. procedures as well as going to so much P.T. that it's ridiculous and nothing has worked. I'm depressed, worried about the future and was laid off from my part time job at the hospital a yr. ago. My husband is unemployed and we are broke. Things are really bad.PHOTOS:
