HEALTH INTERESTS:

I'm trying to find a doctor in Birminham Alabama that does medication management and takes Alabama Medicaid. My doctor has moved out of state and my prescription to pain medicine expires on June 19 2008. I need to find a doctor as soon as possible because I don't want to abruptly stop the Duragesic Patch. Please email me if you know of any such doctor. PLEASE!

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Duragesic (Fentanyl) Patch 100 mcg/h & Percocet 10/325 generic Robaxin for muscle spasms,  Prozac (depression and neuropathic pain),  Protonix (for GERD),  thyroid medicine,  cholesterol reducing medicine,  and the newest is high blood pressure medicine.

ABOUT ME:

I've had 3 back surgeries and one neck surgery. The doctors say I have failed back surgery syndrome and fibromyalgia. I also have GERD, idiopathic hypersomnia, TMJ & carpal tunnel problems, (there is so much more but I'm such a mess I'm not putting it all here-bad health is embarrassing) I'm on SSI. and only get Alabama Medicaid insurance.
