      <title>High Triglycerides</title>
      <description>I had several stents. I also&amp;nbsp;Had an open heart surgery in 2003 , since then I have. I have high triglycerides (389) despite taking both Zetia and Tricor as well as Omega-3 oil from flax seed &amp;amp; fish oil as well as 4000 IU of SLO Niacin. My other cholesterol levels are in check (LDL &amp;amp; HDL) I watch my food &amp;amp; exercise moderately.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I am not sure what else I must do to reduce the triglycerides to a &quot;safe&quot; level, can you help...</description>
