what to do?

bp is wavering. yesterday it was high 130/100. two days back it was normal and so also today. what is the reason for this?what are the restrictions one should observe in this case. i have stopped consuming salt. i literally took salt less/oil less food today. if i stopped taking salt does it create any other problem?
