HEALTH INTERESTS:

Health issues other than bi-polar disorder is Fibromyalgia for which I am taking lots of sleep and exercize. I know there are meds out there for Fibromyalgia but I'm just not ready for that yet

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Tegretol 200mgX2 and Klonopin 1/2mg - 1mg/daily

ABOUT ME:

Nothing much really.  Went to school and got a BA in English Lit and a MA in Psychology.  Raised 2 children alone (Their dad tried but he was both schizoid and intermitent explosive disorder) Have a lot of insecurities and shame isues around being bi-polar.  My son is in a sober living enviornment and my daughter is a manager of a clothing store and outshines us all.  (Typical additive style roles).  Northing much else going on.
