Single, 2 very loving cats, 3 loving nephews, 3 loving sisters, lots of books, collect porcelain dolls, unusual and old purses, collect anything different, one of a kind stuff. Love to hunt for these things, have good luck with this "hobby". Waiting to return to school. Moved to a new hospital and found a new neurologist who is someone who "gets" the part about migraines that "seriously affects your quality of life". This neurologist will also be helping me with my very bad spine. New hospital, new positive outlook, for the time being. I laugh easily at myself and cry mostly out of frustration. Tall, redhead/blonde, and newly acquired extra weight due to spinal injury so my ego is in the toilet these days. Due to a very bad pain killer, Fentanyl-lolli-pop called Actiq, and not given the protective toothpaste along with it, I am with NYU rebuilding my whole mouth, since I lost most of my teeth due to this pain killer. Thank you Mt.Sinai. This pain killer, and at the dose I was given is only given to end-stage cancer patients, who don't care about their teeth. It was one of these such patients who warned me about the special toothpaste I should be using but by then it was too late. Glad I am finally reaching out to a site like this one where one really knows what chronic pain in all forms feels like. I am just emerging from a 4 day trip to migraineville, it is so nice to be back!
