I experience lots of knee pain and stiffness. I have had bilat arthroscopic surgery for meniscus damage and smoothing of the arthritis. I have tried Ibuprofen, Naprosyn, Vioxx, and Synvisc Injections. I have also tried heat and cold therapy. I got some relief after the arthroscopic surgeries. I recently was prescibed a knee brace-the other knee hurt more. I am told I am too young for knee replacement-age 54. The pain just wears me down.PHOTOS:
