      <title>Staying Active to Hlep Manage Diabetes</title>
      <description>All of us know that we should stay active to help manage diabetes. Recently, I have found that I can add activity in my day more easily if I just keep track of it. I try to always put on my pedometer first thing in the morning, on route to my daily goal of walking 10,000 steps. That's the magic number that research has found helps to avoid the complications of diabetes.
