ABOUT ME:

I am a professionally trained counsellor and psychotherapist. I conduct interpersonal group workshops and Drugs & Alcohol support groups. I am passionate about helping people to evolve through difficult life transitions in an empathic, supportive and caring way whilst encouraging and challenging individuals to create the necessary changes within themselves to achieve their desired outcome. I have a particular interest in working with people suffering from depression and understands the impact this illness has on them and family and friends.
