How do you fix it?

How do you go back and fix what you've broken? What do you do when trust is shot and any chances for reconciliation are ruined? I guess most importantly, how do you set your feelings and wants aside, and offer up a sincere, heartfelt apology that the other person can actually hear?

For the first time since my diagnosis, I am acknowledging I need serious help, I need to commit to healthy change, and I need you...
