Hi, Welcome to my profile!

ADD/ADHD is a huge part of my life! I live with in myself, my son and my clients!

I feel fortunate that there is a finally a name for something I could describe but not

put a name to for so many years of my life, starting from the age of 14!

I am a psychotherapist in private practice, and an ADHD coach, both in NYC and

Hoboken, New Jersey. I enjoy my work and look so forward to seeing the progress

each and every week in my ADHD adult clients. They have both courage and tenacity

in working with their ADHD and not against it. Better control over their symptoms and

more pride in their accomplishments is such a gift that we can give ourselves when we

decide that ADHD is something not to be afraid of or ashamed of!
