I'm a 45 yr old male who suffered a major heart attack in October 2007. I was actually dead for 20 minutes, but was brought back by hard work from the ER staff. I received 6 stents in my LAD artery and an imbedded ICD in my chest. Recently found out that my body is rejecting the stents and the artery is already 95% closed again. Test were done and the heart doesn't have any vitality, so bypass surgery would be futile. My doctor is now recommending EECP therapy and learning to live with the 20% I have left.PHOTOS:
