Why am I awake all night?

I have had a difficult week staying on an elimation diet and have got in a rut of what to eat. This week I was able to add sour dough bread with my meal and I have had a terribly upset stomach. I over did myself eating the same type of meat every morning and ate to many nuts during the day for protein. I had a lot of stress working with difficult people and having them upset me. The holidays are hard on me missing my family, especially my...

Family background

I am from a family of 5 siblings 3 brothers and 2 sisters. I had a hard up-bringing I am right in the middle of 3 older siblings and 2 younger. In a way I am the youngest of the older and the oldest of the younger. I was the 'perfect' child, very obedient, loved learning in school, later rebellious in wanting to study in my own interests. I majored in Fine Arts in college. I worked in a public library as at first as an artist and then as a...

Challenging Negative Thinking

But in a way it was easy because my family is so dispersed from South Korea to Vermont. I am alone in New Mexico which I...

I have suffered with mental illness for 22 years. I have had many different diagnoses from Major Depression to Affective Schizophrenia to finally Bipolar. I have tried many, many medications until I got on this cottail which works wonderfully. My dosages for Lamictal is 200mg, the dosage for Celexa is 40mg, and for Klonopin I take a total of 1/4mg a day. I am trying to get off of the Klonopin with my doctors supervision.
