In recovery after living with depression since 1998. I didn't like taking medication so usually did not take any. Did have bouts of suicidal thoughts when under stress. Found that writing a journal helped as did sharing with others my thoughts. When suicidal thoughts were very bad I rang my hypnotherapist and she talked me out of the trance state and back into the here and now, empowering me to get to the root of the problem and doing something about it.I would welcome any comments, questions from others and appreciate any views that are expressed. I value each and every person's views in this community even if I don't always say so!!!!!
