am 27 years old woman.. my wieght is 72 kiloes and am 168 cm hight
i never been exercising i tried for the past 2 weeks
using walking machine but i couldnt do more than 20min
then i stop..
&amp;nbsp;
what should i do to get used to exercise or what kind of working out is good 4 me????
by the way am on diet of my choices
like 4 today
am wake up late so i eat lunch which small parts of red meat and grilled chiken and salad and hot...</description>
