I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in October 2008, ever since then it has been a struggle for me as a single mom. The medication started to work but now it is back to where it was hurting before, especially my back & feet, ankles. So right now I'm researching on different method to do in the morning, afternoon, and at night so I wont feel sluggish. This is my journey.....PHOTOS:
