I have been doing yoga for 11 years and have been teaching, part-time, for about 7. I was drawn to doing yoga back in 1996. I was just diagnosed with Bipolar II 3 weeks ago. Now I know why yoga has been so appealing to me. It has been my longest and pretty much only constant for any length of time. Anybody else?PHOTOS:
