ABOUT ME:

After a winning bout with panic disorder, a career in the business world, and a part-time job working with socially challenged adolescents, I found my life's passion and work. So I earned my master's degree and counseling credentials, and am doing all I can to lend a hand to those having a tough time. I authored an eWorkbook entitled, Panic! ...and Poetic Justice, which is available via an immediate download on my website. In addition to the eWorkbook I offer powerful and personal mentoring and service packages. Yes, I'm accessible by phone, email, and text to do some pretty intense intervention work. And, finally, I have a blog I call Panic Attack Freedom! In addition to doing psychiatric emergency work, I continue to do a lot of writing and speaking. I've conducted numerous mental health workshops and am available for future engagements. I'm a national and local member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (N.A.M.I.). I reside in the far western suburbs of Chicago where I enjoy time with my two wonderful teenage children.
