ABOUT ME:

Married since November 1995. Two children. Diagnosed as bipolar in April 2003-ish. Misbehaved waaaay before that. I was happy to hear my diagnosis. It was nice to know my problem had a name and it could be taken care of. Currently facing the facts; I've been avoiding friends and family, I have audio and visual hallucinations at times of exhaustion or stress, Bad thoughts and worst-case scenarios plague me, and I can't stand being in the same room with me or anyone else. Sleep and the Charlie Brown Christmas song are my only coping skills.
