I'm a 30-something semi-professional woman attempting to find the simple joys of life. Some days are good. Some not so much. And most of the days are mediocre. I do not like mediocre.I've been in therapy off and on for the past 5 years. Currently on Lexapro and Wellbutrin, and see a psychiatrist who makes me cry every other month. (Not on purpose mind you)
