ABOUT ME:
I have dealt with all types of headaches, including migraines since I was a teenager. I used to work as an E.M.T in San Francisco when my husband was transferred to a navy base near SF. In 1992, I shattered my tibia so badly that I nearly lost my leg. Unfortunately the navy docs didn't fix the bone well enough to completely heal and, to this day, I have holes in parts of my tibia (all the way to the medullary region). The slightest touch to that area of my leg is very painful. I also developed a chronic nerve disease called RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy). I've also had the fibular head and neck removed so the leg is unstable. I have a custom fit long leg brace from my hip to my toes that I must wear daily.
On my other leg, I have sciatic neuropathy that causes constant "pins and needles" as well as severe leg cramps, especially at night.
