Hi,
I'm a newbee, I found this site i was pleased to share. I live with someone
who is bi-polar and goes on and off his meds and makes my life so crazy.
His sleeping patterns are so difficult , wish I new the answer as to how to
get him to realize in order to feel well he must take his meds all the time.
