ABOUT ME:

Suffered with chronic mild depression (undiagnosed) for 10 years. Now fully recovered thanks to light therapy. I cannot recommend Britebox light therapy highly enough. Cost me £200. The best investment I could have ever possibly made. Never had any side effects and REMAIN fully recovered. Never thought I would ever get out but thanks to light therapy I did. Thought it wouldn't work but how wrong I was. I am now fit as a fiddle! Why do you think I chose the thumbnail I did?
