ABOUT ME:

I am a dietitian with a genetic predisposition for high cholesterol and heart disease.  This has caused me to be especially interested in heart health from a professional stand point.  You can learn more about programs at http://www.lisanelsonrd.com.

 

I love the outdoors and live in a beautiful place.  Married a good guy that just happens to be a park ranger:)  I have two great kids that keep me hopping - Katelyn (2 1/2) and Keira (6 mos).
