Methotrexate,  Enbrel,  Hydroxychloroquine,  Omega 3s

ABOUT ME:

I was diagnosed with seronegative RA in 2007. I am interested in doing all I can to stay as healthy and active as I can. I love the outdoors, animals, music, and reading. I am an RN and movement educator. I live with my husband and an assortment of animals on a small farm. We plant a big organic garden every year and like to grow heirloom vegetables - the kind that you can't find at the store. I find that eating lots of veggies, especially the dark leafy green ones, helps me a lot.
