need a job working at home

What type of job would you recommend where I can stay home and take care of my husband, before he needs a nursing home. He also started to wet himself. He did it once and he almost didn't make it the second time. I am having to tell him when to go to the bathroom. I had adult underwear=depends, but I don't want to put him in it unless I have to. Oh, he is only 53 and doesn't talk much at all.
