I am a Senior Citizen who has assisted in caregiving most of my life.

I have suffered with bouts of depression most of my years.

I am willing to share my successes in overcoming these moments of illness and share the concerns of others in their suffering.

I have been helpful to others by sharing my methodology for relieving the effects of this emotional malady.
