      <title>Does anyone have trouble speaking?</title>
      <description>Sometimes I have trouble getting out what I need to say or it comes out all jumbled up or even backwards.It&amp;#39;s not that I have trouble thinking what I need to say, well sometimes with the fibro fog but, somewhere between my brain and my mouth the signal gets crossed.
