      <title>BP rises dramatically when resting, why ?</title>
      <description>My systolic BP jumps about 30 points&amp;nbsp; when I am dozing off, resting, watch tv etc. (i.e no activity). However, it returns to normal after being active again, ,walking eating, exercising etc.Usually happens in the afternoon&amp;nbsp; just a few hours after taking meds ( Toprol XL and Atacand) .Why ?&amp;nbsp;</description>
