ABOUT ME:

I am an optometrist who has suffered migraines for 30 years. I averaged 1 per week until I was 40 and then they increased to 2 to 3 per week. For the last year I have been having a migraine every 12 to 28 hours. I take Relpax daily. I have been to many different neurologists but nothing so far to slow them down has helped. I have also tried botox, chiropractic, various diets, allergy testing, supplements and nothing helps. I have reduced my schedule to 30 hours per week and take a 2 hour lunch which helps me rest.
