Bopolar American traveling to Russia

I guess this is really any Bipolar sufferer traveling to a new place, any place/country.
I did find http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independent_Psychiatric_Association_of_Russia which looks promising.

I'm considering going to Russia for two weeks. One week in St. Petersburg and another week in Moscow. I will be with friends, one (best friend) who speaks expert Russian, and another who is a local/lives in Russia. Me...

Bipolar & excercise

About bipolar and exercising (they say to go slow when starting). Any advise if I were to enlist for the trainer if I were to enlist one? Or is it something individualistic? When I used to come out of the hospitals I'd gain like 15 pounds. My doctor now knows how sensitive I am, so now he puts me on a low-fat diet when I'm in the hospital.

Living with Bipolar (depressive-Bipolar) & "ICE"

First diagnosed in mid-30's. Have had it for 8 years. Living in the United States. Have been hospitalized three times. Each time you're better prepared to read the signals for the next time. Use a psychiatrist and a therapist. I have five friends who are aware of my condition and know how to detect warning signs. Worries: that I might lose my job (health benefits) and not be able to afford the meds. This has been a wild year - have changed...
