It all started around 10 years ago with numbness in my left arm.  Then numbness in the left part of my face, some in leg too. This came to stay but symtoms are intermittant.  Over the years the burning pain all over set in more and more and it is worse at times and not as severe at other times.  I have since been diagnosed with degenerative disk in lower back and now have arthritis pretty bad in both knees, this knee pain just appeared this year and has decided to take up residence.  Tomorrow the new doctor is sending me for a cervical MRI scan for the pain in my shoulders.  Pain   what would be a good acrostic for this word be  Hmmmmm!

Oh, I guess I will mention that I am very short and heavy which I am sure does not help the situation any.  I am always trying to work at changing that but oviously have not succeeded in that are as to this date.  Any suggestions??

And another this I should mention, while visiting a neurologist years ago and complaining of tiredness....I was sent for a sleep study and was diagnosed with sleep apnea.  Now I have one of those wonderful machines that accompany me at night.  My husband just loves sleeping with this little lady that looks like she is from another planet.  Anyone reading this that has one of these little babies or sleeps with a spouse that has one of these little babies knows what I am talking about.  But I do seem to sleep better especially after I take my Lyrica to help my achey legs. 

Well I better quet now as I said way more than I planned to.......hope to hear from some one........
