I had NOTHING to eat or drink. then I ate had 62 carbs and took 7.1 and the 1 hour later before gym i'm 477! i sat in the nurses office (i am forced to eventhough i am suposed to exersize to bring it down. and i had no ketones) and i took 4.5 correction and i went up to 589! and then i went home and i was 232. can anyone help me explain this! this happens ALL... http://www.healthcentral.com/diabeteens/c/471615/99934/high
