      <title>Will running 1 mile per day make a difference?</title>
      <description>Hi! I would like to tone and build muscle in my buttocks and upper thigh area. I was wondering if running 1 mile per day would make a difference? I would also do other various exercises, like squats and lunges, for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, along with my 6 day-a-week Hip Hop Abs workout. What sort of results will I see with this workout schedule? Would biking for maybe 2 miles instead of running 1 mile give me better results for that area? I'm...</description>
