ABOUT ME:

I am an avid gardener, slowed down a lot by MS. I used to have a large market garden, now just grow for hubby and me. We are chronic food preservers, putting up the majority of our winter food supply. I used to play several instruments, ride horseback, hike, bike, sew and quilt, had a landscape business, taught piano, taught in a one-room school, was a cop, and much more. Life has been re-defined 100% by MS, but I am NOT giving in! I intend to improve 2009 through diet, exercise, and mental adjustment! My husband and my dog are just the absolute best! I am so lucky to have a supportive, talented, and loving husband, AND also lucky to have a very smart and funny blue heeler, Speck.

garlicfrau answered I am having episodes where my legs get ummmmm idk how to describe exactly but knotted up so badly that i can barely walk and feel like i may just fall down. anyone else have this problem?
