any else have Crohns disease and Fibromyalgia?

I finally got control of my Crohns and Ileostomy (40yrs) and FM reared it's ugly head. I am trying to use the right meds for both without causing more problems. any suggestions? my FM is now like my Crohns was in the begining. HELP
