Requested copy of pathology report, got an abbreviated one today.
Since all I had for pathology interpretation was a biopsy, I assume that explains the lack of info on this pathology report. The addendum was not included with the hormone and HER-2 info. The only information that I can see is under "Diagnosis"...which says, "infiltrating ductal carcinoma, Nottingham score 2/3".
