I am a retired teacher/artist trying to survive the ups and downs of the bipolar life, while fitting in time with family between bad days. I try to make sense of it all by constant research. I try to make use of what I've gone through by blogging and sharing some positive things with others who are going through the same. I try to hold on to my faith while wondering whether I will ever be able to practise it the way I once did. I refuse to give up or give in. I rest when I must, but when I can, I try to live life to the full. It is a different life than the one I had dreamed of but there are still dreams, and still joys and still....love!
