      <title>Keep going like I am?</title>
      <description>Hi, I am 58 yrs ,201lbs, 5'11'', diagnosed with high blood pressure about 4 mos. ago ( 185/85 ). On medication, and bought some excercise equipment, which I have been using for about three months. ( elliptical, treadmill, weight machine )

Feel better, look better, blood pressure down in low 130/70's, lost about 9 lbs.
