ABOUT ME:

I am a consultant registered dietitian in Frederick, Maryland. For years I worked with patients with issues related to the heart, lungs, cancer, surgery, kidneys, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, gastrointestinal tract and their various combinations. I also write menus for people who have to follow diets to prevent or treat these issues. I am passionate about trying to find foods that people can enjoy eating while maintaining control of their health.
